Alternative Dispute Resolution

The attorneys in the CF+W Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Group also serve as neutrals in disputes between other parties. The ADR Practice Group employs the full range of dispute resolution strategies and practices, including arbitration, mediation and early neutral evaluation (ENE) to help others’ clients achieve self-determined, mutually agreeable resolutions of their disputes.

The ADR Practice Group is in the business of resolving disputes quickly, confidentially and without the high costs associated with litigation, so that disputing parties can get back to and maintain focus on what is most important, both in business, and in life.

Our experienced ADR team conducts a thorough analysis of each situation, enabling them to view every dispute as a unique problem to be solved. They are then able to apply the appropriate ADR techniques to allow the parties to identify and achieve their unique solution, which can range from a cash payment in a personal injury matter, to sophisticated business solutions.
